Notebooking Central booklets are a response to teachers who asked for Notebook Foldables that: provide graphics to aid comprehension and memory; provide duplicable front tabs that prompt student responses on the back of tabs, underneath tabs, and on the notebook page surrounding tabs; and provide ideas for the use of Notebook Foldables within different content areas.
This Notebooking Central booklet offers templates for use in teaching Texas History. Duplicate the pages you consider most important, and use suggestions from other pages to generate your own ideas. Present a concept, then have students outline and design their own Notebook Foldables.

i received my reproduction journal yesterday when I came home from work. I arrived at school before the janitor to change my lesson plans and make and copy the foldables... the students loved the one we did.. One of the dispondent students was leaving class and said " I love Science"... I smiled and thank you

Thank you so much for your Notebooking series. Especially in the area of Texas History. As a 4th grade teacher, I have found it very difficult to find very many resources on Texas History. Thank you again!!!

The Notebook Foldables Texas History NC-H103 book includes graphics and instructions for lessons in many important TEKS in the 4th grade Texas History curriculum. Included are reproducibles and instructions for your students to create interactive notebook entries that cover many themes in Texas History; you could use this in 4th or 7th grade, depending on the quantity and depth of information students supply.
For that matter, it is self-differentiating (you can set different requirements for below and above level students while still having them meet the same TEKS).
There are no wasted or "fluff" lessons here; every page includes important learning. Formats include pockets, fold-out timelines, maps, charts and many creative ideas.
